Graduating with an individualized major from the University of Connecticut, it's almost like real estate was a subliminal calling for Dylan. With a course load full of studies in marketing, journalism, sports marketing. This taught him how to use effective and proven techniques to reach the largest possible audiences. When social media changed the world in the late 2000's, Dylan worked tirelessly to master it. This was reflected in his creation of a digital magazine. Through social marketing techniques, Dylan and his business partner were able to effectively grow their list of subscribers from 5 to over 5000 in just under a year, with no marketing budget!
Dylan is a firm believer in using video to market his listings. He also is a UAS enthusiast and believes almost every property can benefit from aerial photography. Unlike traditional real estate photographers, who fly and take pictures they think will work, Dylan is able to get the shots that sell with his experience as a pilot and Realtor.
